All Occasions Party Rentals is the region’s premier event rental source. We have more than 34 years of event and hospitality industry experience serving East Tennessee and beyond, helping customers plan and stage a wide range of special events – from concept to clean-up. Our courteous and knowledgeable staff can recommend which of our extensive inventory of products will best suit your needs and help you pull it all together with style, functionality and ease of use. ALL OCCASIONS PARTY RENTALS

Founder Terry Turner would probably be the first to say that his career has been quite eventful – literally. What began as a four-week temporary job in the early ‘90s turned into a 28+ year career in the rental industry. And fortunately for the company’s customers, history continues to be written one fabulous event at a time.

Terry started out working for Party Rentals in Knoxville as a temporary employee in 1991 and wound up serving in a regional position, managing businesses with construction, general tool, party and event inventory. This position lasted until Party Rentals owner Chuck Rothstein sold to HSS Rent X in 1998.

Terry founded All Occasions Party Rentals (AOPR) in November 2002 and had the opportunity to purchase the party division of HSS RentX in Knoxville two years later. His former boss, Mr. Rothstein, joined him as a founding partner of AOPR and provided the young entrepreneur with the capital needed to get his business started.

Taking into account its full lineage, the company currently owned and operated by AOPR was founded in 1983 and is thus celebrating 37 years in the event-rental business. Today, AOPR is a full-service rental company employing a team of 55 of the most highly trained people in the industry and serving more than 4,500 events annually. The company’s 40,000 square-foot showroom and warehouse facility sits on six acres of land in West Knoxville. A fleet of 20 delivery trucks and vans serve our customers.

Throughout the years, All Occasions Party Rentals has been a key player in a variety of major events – both locally and nationally – including Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis; Bonnaroo; International Biscuit Festival; Smoky Mountain Highland Games; Children’s Festival of Reading; Destination Imagination; Dogwood Arts Festival; L’amour du Vin fundraiser for the Knoxville Museum of Art; Holidays on Ice at Market Square; Boomsday and the Festival on the Fourth.

All Occasions Party Rentals purchased Campbell Party Rentals in Alcoa, Tenn. in 2017. The company retained the Campbell name and continued to serve our clients in Knox, Anderson, Blount, Loudon, Sevier, Roane and Monroe counties. On December 2, 2019, Campbell Party Rentals was branded and began operating as All Occasions Party Rentals Maryville/Alcoa Event Design Center. Due to the unprecedented times we are experiencing from Covid-19, the second location in Alcoa has been absorbed into our main warehouse location. With over 25+ years of experience All Occasions Party Rentals is proud to continue serving our customer base in Maryville, Alcoa and surrounding counties out of our Knoxville location.

All Occasions Party Rentals  is a full-service event rental company with 75+ team members providing rental products for weddings, corporate events, community festivals, private parties and social events. It offers a full range of special event equipment including tents, tables, chairs, linen, china, serving ware, decor, fabric draping, lighting, staging, concessions, convention and meeting equipment. The company has been locally owned and operated for 37 years and was recognized in 2016 as one of the Top 100 Small Businesses of the Year by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

ALL CONVENTION & EXPO SERVICES :: A Division of All Occasions Party Rentals

In 2012, Terry purchased ToeZay Decorating and renamed it All Convention & Expo Services (ACES). In just a few years, ACES has already become East Tennessee’s resource for trade show services, providing pipe and drape as well as carpeting, design and layout services, and material handling (drayage). ACE’s goal is to provide customers with a one-stop shop for all their trade-show needs while maintaining the flexibility to team with its sister company, AOPR. ACES is the preferred vendor of the Knoxville Convention Center and LeConte Center at Pigeon Forge.

ALL TAILGATE TENNESSEE :: A Division of All Occasions Party Rentals

Tailgate Tennessee was launched in 2012 through a partnership with the Athletic Department of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and IMG/Vol Network, offering UT football fans turn-key tailgating experiences. Since the kickoff of Tailgate Tennessee, the operation has more than doubled each year providing over 400 tailgates in 2016 for football fans on the University of Tennessee campus. Tailgate Tennessee was excited to execute Tailgate Bristol for the epic Battle of Bristol – UT vs. Virginia Tech game in September 2016 at the Bristol Motor Speedway.
